A Girl Scout Tour
Heidi Lancellotti, RVT conducted a private tour for St. Louis
King of France Daisy Scout troup in February, 2008. The girls
learned all about dog and cat care.

First Annual Kids Safety Fair
April 6, 2008, at the Kenner Pavilion was the 1st Annual Kids
Safety Fair. A fair to educate children and parents of the
proper tools needed to help them defend themselves from
harm. The doctors and staff of CVH spoke on topics ranging
from the possiblity of dog and cat bites to getting the proper
pet for the family home.

A Festival for the Animals of Jefferson Parish
The first annual all breed, all species, companion festival
and pet adoption event was held on November 2, 2008,
in Lafreniere Park, Metairie. Pets bring their families for a
day of fun, education and entertainment.
